Tis the Season to be Jolly

I have been back in Coventry for the last few days and have had a busy yet enjoyable time. I have seen loads of people, and have had expeditions to the Phoenix and Earlsdon, the traditional drinking holes. I’m hoping Sam is going to upload some photos from the other night, but I’m not counting on it!

The other day Matt, MR SMITH and I headed over to Stratford which was good fun. It’s always nice to see places you know and grew up with. I suppose that’s one of the things about being back at home; you get to see the places where you have the most memories. Well that’s the case for me because I grew up in one place.

After Stratford, Matt, Katharine and I also visited possibly the worst place to visit at this time of the year, the super mega massive humungous Tesco at the Arena shopping park. I’m glad we were actually only looking in NEXT but peeked into Tesco to see the mayhem unfolding. Rather them than me!

Finally, Happy Birthday to Steve for Thursday, hope you had a great day!!!

How good are you at dealing with change?

I’m not talking about large changes, but small changes in your environment. The brain has an extremely short working memory. When you look at an image, for example a picture of a plane, if you look away you can still remember most of the image… right?

Well be prepared to be amazed, check out this link:

Can you see the change? Most people will take a while to see the change. This is called change blindness.

If you want to see this in effect has on somebody in the real world, check out the following clip:
